Installing refrigeration plants and processing plants in rural areas has its very own challenges of bringing staff and material to site at the right time and in the right sequence. We have developed our concept of containerized refrigeration plants and processing plants especially in the food processing industry. Our plants are fully assembled in our workshop, commissioned and test run before transported to site. Only a small team of technicians is required to assemble the plant.
ELECTRIC PANEL SOLUTIONS
GFM Industrial Refrigeration offers comprehensive slow voltage solutions for power distribution, control circuits and automation for refrigeration plant and beyond.
All designs and schematics are designed in house using sophisticated CAD software. All distribution boards and panels are manufactured in house to recognized standards using common brands like ABB, Siemens, Schneider and Kloeckner Moeller. All panels are tested and certified before leaving the factory. Refrigeration plants and processing plants are becoming more and more complex meeting the latest environmental requirements. That comes with a high level of automation allowing monitoring and controlling on site and offsite. We work closely with the most common brands like ABB, Siemens, Delts, Finder and Kloeckner Moeller and we support all of them with spares and software.

compressor units
GFM Industrial Refrigeration fabricates screw compressor units and reciprocation compressor packages locally to customers requirements with a variety of compressors such as Mycom, Aerzen, Kirloskar, Bither and Hall.
Thanks to our advanced engineering design our compressor packages are less complex, energy efficient, easy to maintain and easy to work on without any specialized tools.
We offer horizontal and vertical oil separator arrangements depending on the configurations and numbers of compressors on one skid.
heat recovery
Energy is typically the highest operating cost in any processing plant. Therefor we offer customized refrigeration solutions providing heat recovery for a wide variety of processes.
Any compressor based refrigeration process provides oil of a temperature up to 90 deg C depending on the operating conditions. This can be used to heat water for washing purposes, preheat water for steam production or any chemical processes.
